on “Immediate and Retroactive Application of Laws – A Constitutional Law

• Assistant in German Public Law (especially Constitutional Law) and
afterwards Lecturer for German Constitutional Law at the University of
Hamburg (1982-1985).
• Academic Director of the “Marangopoulos Foundation for Human Rights”,

• Professor (since 1990 Assistant Professor and afterwards tenured
Professor) at the Law Faculty of the University of Athens.
